This is a part‑time role, working 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
No two days are ever the same working at the College. You'll be joining a dynamic and diverse organisation where every day brings new opportunities to learn, connect and make an impact. Your daily work will vary depending on the needs of the team, our students and the wider organisation, keeping things fresh, exciting and rewarding. Required Skills & Qualifications
* Understanding of the principles of excellent customer service
* Understanding of, and commitment to, the principles of equity, inclusion and belonging
* Understanding of the principles of safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults in an educational setting
* Understanding of the principles of data protection
* English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above or willingness to obtain, or equivalent skill level
* A willingness to obtain a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Qualification (funded by the College)
* A willingness to obtain a relevant Health and Safety Qualification (funded by the College)
* A willingness to undertake Allergen training (funded by the College)
* Manual Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain (funded by the College)
