We're looking for a test analyst with strong knowledge & experience with ServiceNow & Salesforce.
About the Role
* Own end-to-end manual testing lifecycle from planning through execution and go-live sign-off
* Analyse requirements and designs, identify gaps, define scope and scenarios
* Prepare test plans, test cases, test data, execute tests, capture evidence
* Manage defects end-to-end and coordinate fixes with tech teams and vendors
* Support UAT including assisting end users and coordinating outcomes
* Regular reporting to Test Manager and project team (daily/weekly/monthly)
About You
* Must have hands-on experience with ServiceNow AND Salesforce.
* Must have mobile testing experience (iOS and/or Android).
* Some experience with TestRail would be advantageous.
