Educational Leader and Responsible Person - Central Coast NSW
Coast Services Group Limited (CSGL) is a not-for-profit organisation providing childcare services Out of School Hours Care Services (Before /After School Care and Vacation Care) across the Central Coast.
We are seeking Educational Leader and Responsible Person to join the Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) team on a Permanent Part-Time basis (25 - 34hrs per week). The Educational Leader position will work split shifts, mornings and afternoons with rostered administration time to prepare the weekly educational program and planning cycle.
Working with an experienced, dedicated and friendly team of professional Educators, this position will further develop and implement our Educational programs designed specifically for the children enrolled in our Kariong OSHC service.
Key Responsibilities include;
The preparation and implementation of an educational program and activities.
Developing a stimulating, fun and educational learning environment.
Training and Support the team to deliver the program.
Acting as the person in charge in the absence of the Nominated Supervisor.
Managing the needs of the children enrolled in the service.
Meeting the health and safety needs of all children.
Building professional and positive relationships with the children and families of the service.
Your passion to provide a safe, creative environment where children feel supported together with your knowledge and experience in the delivery of high-quality childcare to children of all ages and ability to communicate positively with the Children and their families will be crucial to these roles.

You will be patient, flexible, reliable and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in building strong relationships with staff, children and their families.
The Successful candidates will hold the following:
Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) or equivalent experience as recognised by ACECQA.
A current Working With Children's Check.
Current First Aid Certification - HLTAID012 Provide first aid in an education and care setting, HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support and HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
Be willing to complete a National Criminal History Clearance are a requirement for this position.
