We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to lead an iconic Brisbane property. This position offers the platform to showcase your property management experience, skills, and talent in our ever-changing industry. This role reports to the General Manager with oversight from the Property Management Team located in Brisbane to ensure you are well supported and set up for success.

What Your Week Looks Like
1. Regular ongoing communication with the property team, landlords, and tenants.
2. Handling all paperwork and legal documentation related to property management, including rental agreements, bond lodgements, entry and exit reports.
3. Coordinating routine inspections as required.
4. Maintaining an up-to-date record of rental arrears and working with the Building Manager to eliminate and resolve issues.
5. Addressing rental arrears, maintenance issues, and other property needs efficiently.
What We Need From You
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Property Management.
2. Chinese speaking is an advantage.
3. Registered Real Estate Salesperson or hold a current Real Estate Agent License.
4. Previous experience using PropertyMe Management Software is preferable.
5. Stakeholder and relationship development skills.
6. Time management skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Troubleshooting skills.
