Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalgoorlie, WA. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient functioning across various departments. Responsibilities include managing resources, developing and implementing operational policies, overseeing budgets, and maintaining collaboration among teams. The role also involves monitoring compliance with organizational standards and fostering a positive and inclusive working environment to support the Museum's mission and values.
