Skills & Experience
Are you an experienced PA/Associate or Buyers Agent with exceptional customer service and hungry for a career in residential sales ..... then this role may be for you
* Real Estate Sales Admin or PA experience, along with holding a sales registration -Essential
* REX software desirable
* Customer service focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work under own autonomy and highly trustworthy
* Reliable, punctual & exceptional time management
* Drivers License & reliable car

The Role and duties but not limited to;
* 5 x days per week with2 days off
* Rewarding role working hand in hand with an Agent operating around the North Coastal area
* Varied position with a mix of admin and on road duties, including dual hope opens alongside the agent, meeting photographers & stylists at properties etc
* Contract and client management
* Prepare sales/appraisal kits, offer and acceptance paperwork
* Assist with diary management & appointment booking
* Coordinate marketing of properties & manage social media platforms
