The Role
We are currently looking to employ fulltime suitably skilled EFM’s to join our teams at the following locations:
* Lancaster Solar Farm (Substation Build) – Lancaster Vic
* Toowoomba – Multiple Projects
* HV / LV / URD – multiple projects
* Light Industrial processing facility
You will be working with our highly skilled team to provide:
* Industrial electrical installation, fault finding and maintenance
* Electrical shutdowns
* Overhead and Underground Network Maintenance and Construction
* Substation Construction and Maintenance
* HV apparatus installation and cable jointing
* Commercial Solar Construction and Maintenance
As a key member of our project delivery team, you will:
* Support project planning and scheduling in collaboration with the Project Managers
* Ensure that project safety and progress meet our high standards
* Complete works to required safety and quality benchmarks
* Be prepared for travel (FIFO/DIDO) as required for projects across QLD, NSW and VIC
* Foster strong working relationships and contribute to a positive team culture
* Offer technical insight, suggest design improvements, and support cost optimisation
* Access to AS Standards at your fingertips
* Demonstrate exceptional time management and collaborative leadership skills.
What You’ll Need
* QLD Electrical Licence
* QLD Drivers Licence (HR desirable)
* CPR/LVR (current)
* Construction Industry White Card
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings
* Strong safety mindset and work ethic
* Sound communication and computer literacy
Highly Regarded (but not essential):
* HV Switching Ticket
* HV Cable Termination Experience
* High Risk Work Licence (WP, LF, DG)
