Job Title: Support Services

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Service member. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining an acceptable standard of living for residents in our care facility.

About the Role:

1. Assist with laundry, kitchen, and cleaning services to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our residents.

2. Work collaboratively with our Residential Manager and Hospitality Services Manager to achieve exceptional care standards.
\
3. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
\
4. Be available to work a variety of shifts across all days and times, including nights and weekends.
\
5. Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.

6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

7. A team player with excellent communication skills.
\
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\
9. Previous experience in Aged Care or a similar field is advantageous.

10. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

11. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
