THE ROLE .
As a Programmatic Manager, you’ll manage end-to-end campaign delivery, optimise performance, & provide strategic insights across client accounts. You’ll work closely with the Programmatic Director, media planners, & external partners to drive measurable outcomes.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE .
CLIENT/CAMPAIGN SUCCESS.
* Campaign Execution & Management: Set up and manage campaigns in DSPs, including trafficking, QA, performance tracking, billing reconciliation, and invoicing with 100% accuracy & time deliverance
* Optimisation & Performance: Identify and implement campaign optimisations; monitor pacing and performance to ensure goals are met.
* Client & Vendor Collaboration: Respond to & decipher client briefs, build media plans, & manage relationships with clients and external DSPs to ensure smooth execution and reporting.
* Campaign Maintenance: Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal maintenance regarding the status of various campaigns
* Reporting & Documentation: Support the Performance Director in creating client presentations, performance reports, and status documentation. Assist in tracking setup and campaign measurement strategies.
* Strategic Planning & Insights: Help map user journeys, assess inventory, and contribute to proposals for new opportunities, always demonstrating diligence with great attention to detail following programmatic best practices throughout the entire programmatic campaign cycle
TEAM MANAGEMENT.
* Prioristing own & direct reports workloads to ensure balance & that all deadlines are met, ensuring all processes have been followed along the way
* Responsible for the training, growth & development of your assistant (if applicable) & ensuring continuous & timely feedback is reported
* Ensure budget management, timely reporting & adherence to internal processes & SLAs
* Maintain organised campaign documentation & performance tracking across clients
* Support the Performance Director with financial reporting, forecasts & ad-hoc projects – including new business pitches & requests from leadership
REPORTING LINE.
* You will be reporting to your Programmatic Director
EXPERTISE.
* Stays up to date with latest digital & programmatic trends & applies insights to improve outcomes for clients.
* Builds and maintains relationships with relevant publishers and tech providers.
* Participates in regular knowledge sharing & present found knowledge
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR .
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS.
* 4+ years in a digital agency, with hands-on programmatic trading and implementation experience. Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and broader media landscape, including both traditional and interactive media
* DV360, CM, and GA360 certified, with strong analytical and mathematical skills. Confident in interpreting data and delivering clear, actionable insights. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant technical platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is always ready to go the extra mile.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Skilled in time management, campaign performance tracking, and driven by initiative to proactively take on new tasks.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT.
* Strong knowledge of Google Campaign Manager (CM) and how it integrates with Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Google Analytics Premium (GA360)
* Competent in G-Suite & Keynote
* Google Tag Manager (GTM) & implementation of CM Floodlights
* Adobe AdCloud
* Ability to apply technical skills from experience with the above platforms to learning additional tech platforms – i.e. additional DSPs, ad-servers, SDKs, etc.

RUMENERATION .
* Salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 incl super commensurate with experience.
