Responsibilities
- Drive a customer centric culture and meaningful store experience through leading by example.
- Develop the talent within the team and drive financial sales, profit and productivity by achieving targets set by the business.
- Showcase expertise in Visual Merchandising by crafting a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere that effortlessly grabs customers' attention.
- Efficiently oversee store rostering and wage expenses, maintaining a sharp emphasis on commercial acumen.
- Manage stock (up to 15kg) in a fast paced setting ensuring customer service.
- Diligently track store sales performance, recognize exceptional results and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and communicate findings to peers and senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals.
- Maintain a rotating fortnightly roster.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager.
- Passion for the retail industry is a must.
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports and generate efficient rosters.
- Operational excellence with experience in stock control & visual merchandising.
- Thrives on the energy of a fast-paced environment, inspires and excites peers.
