The Student Growth & Engagement Division sits within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Growth & Global) portfolio and plays a pivotal role in supporting the University of Wollongong's commitment to delivering an exceptional, globally oriented student experience. As part of a university with a strong international footprint—including campuses in Dubai, Hong Kong, India and Malaysia—our Division contributes to initiatives that enhance student engagement, growth and success across UOW's diverse domestic and international communities. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support across the Division. In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of activities including financial administration, coordination of the casual workforce, asset management, recruitment support, and general administrative services for multiple teams. You will be a key point of contact for staff, students and external stakeholders, ensuring inquiries are managed efficiently and professionally. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is committed to delivering high quality service that supports the smooth functioning of a busy division.
