They are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance & Production Support Technician to join their Day Shift team. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude and factory experience who enjoys fault finding, machine maintenance, and being part of a production team. When maintenance tasks are quiet, you will also assist with pick packing and general warehouse duties. The Successful Candidate Will Have: Factory or warehouse experience Food processing or production experience (highly regarded) Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Hands-on and proactive attitude Willingness to learn - training provided Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport Strong communication skills Mandarin language skills desirable The Role: Perform maintenance and fault finding on conveyor systems, packaging machinery, production equipment, and printing machines Troubleshoot machine issues and carry out basic repairs and adjustments o Adjust machine temperatures o Monitor and adjust conveyor speeds Assist with relocating small production machines within the factory Support production operations during quieter maintenance periods Pick pack chocolates and assist on the production line Assemble cardboard boxes and packaging materials General warehouse and storeperson duties Follow Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures Work collaboratively within a team environment What's In It For You?
