About the Role:
">Provide team briefings at the commencement of each shift.

* Monitor staff working hours in accordance with trading patterns.

* Coordinate rest pauses and meal breaks.

Mentor staff and provide on-the-job training to new team members, delivering a high standard of service to members and guests.

Provide table service, table clearing services to guests and arranging furniture as required.

Handle all cash transactions associated with food, beverage and any other services to guests in an efficient manner.

Maintain a clean and tidy environment, working with a strong Workplace Health and Safety focus and setting high grooming standards.

* Ability to lead a team and handle difficult situations.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-3 years F&B Supervisor experience and current Qld RSA can be beneficial.
