Business Development Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing sales and distribution team in Queensland. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for working with existing clients and identifying new clients to drive opportunities, grow market share, and achieve sales targets.
About the Role:
This role involves generating new business through cold-calling to build and expand your portfolio network. You will secure new business and manage sales pipelines to achieve targets. Additionally, there will be an element of supporting advisors and providing training on our systems, enhancing their capabilities and ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing our products to new and existing advisers
* Selling our products to advisor groups to assist in expanding our business and its distribution network
* Building, maintaining, and fostering relationships with the adviser base
* Being a key source of market sentiment and competitor information
About You:
This role is perfect for someone eager to step into their first business development position or for those looking to transition from a relationship-focused role to a more strategic business development capacity. You should have prior experience in a sales, business development, or relationship-focused role, preferably in the platform space.
