Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our growing multi-franchise vehicle service operation based in Bunbury, Western Australia. This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Retail & Used Workshop and Service Department, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong operational performance, and the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department
* Oversee workshop scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of skilled Technicians, Apprentices, Service Advisors and Technical support staff
* Drive workshop productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction outcomes
* Develop and implement processes to improve operational performance and workflow
* Monitor financial performance, including P&L management and KPI targets
* Maintain comprehensive records and provide detailed reporting on service centre performance
* Build strong internal and customer relationships and effectively manage issue resolution
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures and industry standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Service Manager or senior workshop leadership role
* Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and workshop operations
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
* Strong experience managing budgets and KPIs
