About the Role
- Coordinate administrative activities and prioritise workloads as part of a multi-disciplinary team of specialised public health disciplines, operating in an agile and responsive environment.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities ensuring tasks are planned, allocated appropriately across the team, and they are undertaken efficiently and effectively whilst addressing and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Conduct the reconciliation of the Corporate Credit Card and Petty Cash for the role and team.
- Monitor performance and mandatory training compliance by undertaking performance reviews, providing constructive feedback ensuring all team members are cross-skilled and professional development opportunities are ongoing.
