Business Systems Manager - New role, make your mark
At St Bart's, we believe technology should enable people — not the other way around.
As our new Business Systems Manager, you'll own and elevate the systems that help our organisation deliver life-changing support to Western Australians experiencing homelessness or mental health challenges.
This is your chance to combine technical leadership with values-led impact in a vibrant, collaborative culture.
In this role, every day you'll see the difference your work makes — not just on screens and dashboards, but in the real-world outcomes we deliver for the community.
Reporting to our awesome Chief Financial Officer, you are part of the management team at St Bart's, where you get to roll up your sleeves to get into the day-to-day operation of our IT infrastructure and systems, as well as contribute to strategy.
A day on the job will see you:
Owning and optimising our core business systems end-to-end to ensure security, stability, and performance
Leading access management, licensing, and vendor relationships to drive value and compliance
Planning and executing upgrades, migrations, testing, and enhancements with minimal disruption
Safeguarding data integrity through quality controls, audits, documentation, and governance
Developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans, drills, and response protocols to ensure business continuity
Your application will go to the top of our shortlist if you have:
Concrete experience in business systems management, Microsoft Windows OS, and vendor / contract management
Hands-on experience managing enterprise systems such as ERPs, CRMs, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments
Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
A solid background in access management, data governance, and risk / issue analysis
A values-aligned mindset — collaborative, curious, accountable and committed to continuous improvement
A great sense of humour, high levels of energy and the ability to 'roll with the punches'.
What's in it for you?
Pay:
Competitive salary, plus NFP salary packaging giving you the potential to gain $15,900 in tax benefits
Leave:
23 days annual leave, that's 3 days more than the standard 4 weeks
Perks:
Lots of social activities, expand your experience by joining a consultation committee, see the impact of our mission firsthand, plus an awesome new coffee machine
Hours:
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the occasional on-call for incidents or system upgrades
Career development:
Training, accessible leaders, growth and advancement opportunities
Culture:
Exceptional workplace culture – we work hard and have fun while we do it
