**Accounts All-Rounder/Administration**

**Norwest Business Park Baulkham Hills**

**Permanent Full Time**

A well-established Australian beverage company has a position available for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts All Rounder / Administration. As an integral part of our account management team, you will be supporting the Director, Financial Controller and Account Managers. Training will be provided upon commencement of the role. Immediate start preferable.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Accounts receivable function including invoice generation and following up outstanding debtors
- Processing of all supplier invoices, reconciliation of statements and payment preparation accurately & efficiently
- Engage, review, and manage suppliers to ensure optimum service and cost effective pricing to benefit the business.
- Conduct sales and cost analysis or other reports as requested to evaluate company performance and influence decision-making
- Maintain the company's inventory management system and reconcile any variances to ensure accurate inventory levels across all facilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and providing excellent customer service
- Manage new sales leads and opportunities and responding to any enquiries for sales, complaints or other general enquiries.
- Provide ad hoc and general support to management team including Managing Director, Financial Controller & Senior Management Accountant

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and understanding what it takes to deliver a great customer experience every time
- Accounting qualification and previous experience in a similar role essential
- Previous experience in MYOB preferable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites especially excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Eager to learn and grow and be self motivated
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders of the business.
- Applicants must have full time working rights in Australia without any restrictions (Australian / NZ citizens or permanent residents only)
