About the Team: Within Enterprise, Risk and Enablement Directorate, a cornerstone of centralised services for SNSW, specialising in Procurement & Assurance, Contracts & Agreements, Asset Management, and Property, Facilities & Fleet. The Contract Management & Service Agreement Team manages all commercial contracts and agreements from award to completion, including business unit and supplier relationship development, contract performance and risk management to achieve value for money and meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives. Working across SNSW agency contracts & agreements, this role is part of a collaborative team who value individual input and offers genuine flexibility. Responsibilities: Preparing correspondence including briefing notes and procurement documentation ensuring effective records management and reporting Processing new agreement requests and agreements lifecycle management. Maintain contract records in Commercial Application, and management of team inbox. Assist in the development of reports, tools and templates to ensure compliance with policies and procedures including internal controls. Assist in coordinating and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders. SAP Processing Administration – Setting up new Vendors, raising PO and processing invoices. Support transition in and out of Vendors Software management and renewals, requesting usage reports and providing recommendations for reduction / cost saving QBR meeting preparation and Vendor & Team meeting minutes / action follow up Support team planning activities and updating of roadmap. Drive project initiatives for the uplift of agreements. Establish and maintain relationships and collaborative networks to deliver value for money and support optimal contract & agreement outcomes and on time delivery of projects and initiatives. About you: To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in or a proven understanding of procurement and contract management and / or agreements – essential. Government Experience Desirable Well-developed written communication and interpersonal skills, including the preparation of briefing notes, procurement and technical documents Experience with SAP – Setting up new vendors, PO and Invoice Processing Ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with a range of stakeholders Good level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and highlight key issues Proven ability to plan, prioritise and organise workloads to agreed timeframes A commitment to continuous improvement including learning new systems and processes Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with power Apps and BI Applying is easy!
