Step Into Your Next Chapter:
* Leading a team of personalised learning coordinators to develop Personalised Learning Plans, Individual Curriculum Plans and coordinate Queensland Certificate of Individual Achievement Statements
* Have a strong understanding of curriculum, curriculum adjustments and be able to work alongside Heads of Department to ensure assessment is developed appropriately for all students at the school
* Support teachers to enhance the achievement and development of all students in every classroom across the full spectrum of capabilities
* Oversee and coordinate Teacher Aides and build their capability to work alongside teachers in the classroom
* Develop and promote a whole school inclusive framework, culture and practices to ensure equity and excellence for students with a disability.
* Develop processes to support high quality teaching and adjustments for students with a disability, in accordance with current legislation and policies.
