An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced and inspiring Centre Manager to lead a high-quality, well-established early learning service in the Athelstone area.
In this full-time leadership role, you will have full accountability for centre operations while empowering a passionate team of educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a positive, inclusive culture where children, families, and educators feel connected, supported, and inspired.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team through collaborative and supportive leadership
Design and embed high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community
Ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and quality requirements
Oversee staffing, rostering, budgets, and day-to-day administration
Foster a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children
Champion professional growth, coaching, and development across the team
About You
Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
1-2 years’ experience in a Centre Manager role within early learning
Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework
A child-focused leader with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Genuine passion for early childhood education and people leadership
