Role Description 
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing recent sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within their assigned region. Additional duties include developing and implementing sales strategies, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing technical support during the sales process. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. 
Qualifications 
Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development 
Knowledge of wastewater treatment industry and technologies 
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies 
Excellent organizational and time management skills 
Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics 
Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients 
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or related field 
Experience in a technical sales role is a plus 
Proficiency in technical support and customer service
