Your Key Responsibilities
As a Design and Construct Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects from design brief to final completion. Key responsibilities include:
* Motivating, guiding, and managing design and consultancy teams.
* Overseeing the entire design and construction process to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and quality delivery.
* Developing strategies that align with project goals, market demands, and company objectives.
* Establishing efficient workflows and ensuring smooth information flow between stakeholders.
* Delivering effective financial management for the project.
* Identifying and managing project risks throughout the design and construction phases.
* Overseeing contracts administration.
* Managing stakeholders and leading the project team.
Requirements
We are looking for a results-driven leader with:
* 5+ years' experience in project management with large-scale D&C projects.
* Recent experience in industrial and commercial builds within the last 5 years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
* Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations.
* Demonstrated leadership in risk, safety, design, and construction management, with a commitment to best practice.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with sound judgment in risk management.
