Part-Time Export Officer (Flexible Hours)

As our export volumes continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, detail-driven Part-Time Export Officer to support our Export Manager and help keep our operations running smoothly.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional seeking reduced hours, flexibility, and meaningful work in international trade.

The Role
You will play a key support role across the export process, helping ensure orders, documentation, and communication are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing export orders and coordinating with suppliers
* Preparing export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc)
* Supporting product introductions, samples, and pricing documentation
* Maintaining order trackers, spreadsheets, and customer records
* Following up suppliers and logistics partners to keep shipments on track
* Assisting with day-to-day export administration and problem-solving
You'll work closely with our Export Manager, who will handle customer relationships and higher-level commercial matters.

About You
* Previous experience in export operations, international sales admin, or logistics coordination
* Strong written English and professional email communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Able to take ownership of tasks, share new ideas, and work well both independently and as part of a team
* Confident using MS Office, especially Excel, and standard office tools; basic design knowledge (e.g. simple layouts or artwork updates) would be an advantage.
* Experience in food or FMCG exports is a plus, but not essential
