Position Description
An opportunity exists for an Associate or Senior Associate to join this first-rate team and get involved in cutting edge work for some of the world's leading names and innovators in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a range of high-profile and highly complex domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional TMT matters.
In particular, you can expect to regularly advise clients on:
* telecommunications infrastructure development, access and sharing;
* IT infrastructure projects (including data centre establishment and operations);
* IT and telecommunications outsourcing and off-shoring;
* systems integration;
* acquisition, distribution and licensing of digital content;
* data analytics and cloud-based deployment;
* shared services arrangements;

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a lawyer with 4 to 8 years' post-admission experience in telecommunications, IT and/or regulatory work, ideally gained at another reputable law firm

* strong commercial acumen; and
* good interpersonal and collaborative skills.
