Global Inventory Analyst
Make a difference in the world by joining our team as a Global Inventory Analyst. We are looking for a proactive and self-driven individual to support regional SIOP process, collect and validate global information, create live reporting, and execute global stocking strategies.
Our team requires an expert who can utilize Global Replenishment Inventory System calculations to provide recommendations for changes to Reorder Points, Safety Stock, and Min / Max Levels. The successful candidate will analyze assigned facilities around the globe, review outlier data to ensure correct stocking levels, and support in the mapping of the install base to support future demand forecasting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize Global Replenishment Inventory System calculations to provide recommendations for changes to Reorder Points, Safety Stock, and Min / Max Levels.
* Analyze assigned facilities around the globe.
* Review outlier data to ensure correct stocking levels.
* Support in the mapping of the install base to support future demand forecasting functions.
* Develop demand planning strategies based on regional install base.
* Organize monthly Regional SIOP Process meetings.
* Run multiple scenarios to support the SIOP team in making critical decisions inventory decisions.
* Post review of Capital Projects to plan for future demand based on wear parts in the package.
* Champion Slow Moving Inventory Reduction for assigned warehouses.
* Understanding of multiple ERP systems (I.E. Aurora, Oracle, SAP, Epicor, etc.).
* Collaborate with the Sales team to create business cases for advanced stocking opportunities.
* Deliver monthly regional approved stocking plan to Product Management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree related to Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.
* Advanced knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SharePoint, and Access.
* Experience writing formulas, functions, and code, and building relational data models.
* Effective communication before groups of employees across the organization.
* Proactive, self-driven work ethic and the ambition to take full ownership of responsibilities.
* Enjoys troubleshooting and the development and implementation of solutions.
* Capability of interpreting instructions where only limited standardization may exist.
* Desire to continuously learn and develop new and existing skills.
