Job Description
o
Assist in the Windows 11 upgrade for over 10,000 devices.
o
Provide Level-2 support for users during the upgrade process, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
o
Collaborate with internal teams to manage and execute the upgrade strategy across the organisation.
o
Ensure all devices meet compatibility and security requirements for the Windows 11 upgrade.
o
Maintain clear documentation of the upgrade process, including time lines, issues, and resolutions.
The Successful Applicant
o
12-18 months of Level-2 troubleshooting experience.
o
Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework.
o
Windows 10 to 11 upgrade experience is a plus.
o
Hands-on experience with cloud environments.
o
Willing to learn and grow in new technologies.
