Instead, you will work in partnership with leaders to optimise, socialise and embed the integrated sales and operations plan for coal haulage. With a dynamic, multi-faceted remit, you’ll balance supply and demand strategies, maximise utilisation of assets and labour, and most importantly, drive capacity planning outcomes that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. While this is not a logistics scheduling position, experience in planning/scheduling combined with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills will be highly regarded and beneficial for success in the role. Candidates with strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities, paired with exceptional communication skills that enable clear engagement across diverse stakeholders will be highly regarded and beneficial for success in the role. Experience within the Hunter Valley Coal Supply Chain is highly advantageous.
