The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Accountant to join our Mohawk Flooring Oceania Finance team in South Geelong. If you love learning, problem‐solving, and being part of a supportive team, this is your chance to grow your career with a market leader. You will start by learning the ropes and gradually take on more responsibility.
What you will bring
Reporting to the Accounting & Reporting Manager and work closely with the wider finance team. As you build your confidence and skills, you'll take ownership of:
* Month-end processes
* Journal entries
* Account reconciliations
* Budget preparation support
* Financial reporting tasks
* Project work with senior finance leaders
We're looking for someone who's ready to learn and make an impact. You'll bring:
* A degree in accounting (or a related field)
* Some work experience (preferred, not essential)
* The ability to pick up new systems quickly
* Strong communication and people skills
* Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Calmness under pressure and confidence juggling multiple tasks
* Solid Microsoft Office skills
* A professional approach
* A collaborative attitude, you enjoy being part of a small, supportive team
