We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to support our fast-paced manufacturing site in Deer Park. This role sits at the heart of our production operation, ensuring materials, inventory, and logistics flow smoothly to keep our plant running at pace.
About the role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead a small team of warehouse operators while remaining actively involved on the floor. This is not a desk-based role. You will play a key role in:
* Leading and coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities to support production schedules
* Receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock movements, and SAP transactions
* Allocating work on the floor and optimising labour to meet operational demand
* Ensuring the warehouse remains safe, organised, and compliant with OHS standards
* Supporting and coaching warehouse operators, including training sign-off and shift handovers
* Working closely with production, supply chain, and logistics partners to resolve issues quickly
What we are looking for
This role will suit someone who enjoys leading by example and thrives in an operational environment.
You will bring:
* Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or senior operator in a manufacturing or logistics setting
* A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coordinate and motivate a team
* Strong working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP/WMS
* A current forklift licence and confidence operating mobile plant (high reach experience preferred)
* Solid organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
* A strong safety mindset and commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly warehouse
Why join Vista
* A stable, permanent role within a global manufacturing organisation
* A supportive leadership team that values practical problem-solving and continuous improvement
* Modern manufacturing facilities and systems
* Genuine opportunities to develop your leadership capability and grow your career
* A workplace recognised nationally for culture, engagement, and inclusion
Additional information
This is a physically active, hands-on role within a manufacturing environment. As such, the successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and functional assessment.
