Complete Administrative & Compliance Management: We provide full administrative assistance and manage all aspects of Medicare compliance (e.g. MyMedicare registration, bulk billing consent (DB4E), MBS item eligibility), freeing you to focus on medical decision‑making.
Significant earning potential: 80% of all billings Including 80% of the BBPIP.
Dedicated Clinical Support:
Experienced on‑site Registered Nurses manage triage, prepare relevant clinical information for your review (routine consultations as well as health assessments and care planning), procedural support (surgical assistance, wound dressings, patient mobility/transfers, vaccinations, ear syringing, ECG, spirometry, holter monitoring, iron infusions, informed consent) and help liaise with facility nurses and staff, NOK, allied health professionals, and pharmacists.
Pro‑active administrative staff are experienced in helping track down medical information and history to support your clinical decision making.
Direct Leadership Support: Our Director and principal VR GP with extensive aged care experience personally attends every clinic each week and provides continuous remote support at any time.
Streamlined Workflow: Our proprietary MediTask system tracks and prioritises: review requests (patient/NOK/nurse), recalls/follow‑up reviews, medication/script/pathology due dates, MBS item eligibility, GPACI requirements. This populates your daily rounds and task list, ensuring all necessary information is streamlined and ready for you – you know from clinic start what needs to be covered for the day. It is also an essential communication tool you can use on the go and at point of care to allow you to easily hand over clinical assessment/management for future follow up for yourself and other team members including other doctors, nurses and administrative staff.

Our practice model is structured to create significant earning potential giving you 80% of all billings while ensuring residents have easy access to care. We support our patients by bulk‑billing all standard consultations directly to Medicare, which builds a consistent and engaged patient base for you from day one. This is complemented by private billing for all procedures performed on‑site. This dual approach gives you the opportunity to substantially increase your income by utilising our fully equipped treatment rooms to perform a wide range of procedural work.
We have built a work environment that provides full practice‑level support onsite at the nursing home so you can focus on being a doctor. You will be able to follow up your patients comprehensively as you have a dedicated workspace inside their home and easy access to vast sources of collateral history (onsite staff, NOK, clinical notes from all team members, internal and external, and all clinical charts) to fully understand the complete picture for these complex and interesting patients.
