Job Description
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to play a critical role in enabling smooth and reliable business operations by ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of finance and administration activities across the business.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience and capability to deliver high-quality outcomes across payroll, accounts, tax, budgeting, travel, and insurance functions. They will be hands-on, self-directed, and equally confident in strategic tasks and routine administration.
This is a part-time role (16-20 hours a week spread over 2-3 days) that offers autonomy, growth opportunities, and a professional development plan. You will work collaboratively with the team to deliver Corehesion Group products, services, and initiatives that enable the business to meet its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and financial processes
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
* Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
* Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in finance and administration
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
