People Experience Specialist
SA Power Networks is seeking a People Experience Specialist to join the People Experience team within People & Culture for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering parental leave. Reporting to the People Experience Manager, this newly created role will focus on delivering a high‑quality customer and people experience service across the employee lifecycle and building strong working relationships across the organisation to support this initiative. A critical component of the role will be facilitating and delivering a number of programs of work (including Values and Recognition, Culture Surveys, Inclusion & Diversity, RAP) for the P&C culture plan.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate culture surveys, to capture meaningful insights from the business.
* Own and refresh the Exit Survey process to align with modern needs and deliver actionable feedback.
* Launch and drive the Recognition Program, to help bring our values to life across the organisation.
* Play a key role in facilitating employee focus groups and champion networks, keeping the voice of people at the heart of everything SA Power Networks does.
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Human Resource Management (Human Resources or related field) or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience.
* Certificate IV in Project Management or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience.
* Driver's licence – Class C.
* Demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively across a diverse business and at all levels, with a particular focus on influencing and enhancing overall people experience and culture uplift.
* Experience across all elements of a People & Culture function.
* Demonstrated experience in leading business improvement programs and organisational transformation is essential.
* Professionals with experience in OD / People Experience are highly encouraged to apply.
