Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Sales & Leasing Negotiator. The position involves managing and negotiating property sales and leasing transactions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high client satisfaction. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting property inspections, and staying updated on market trends to provide tailored advice to clients. Candidates will collaborate with team members to achieve company targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
* Strong background in Estate Agents and Lettings, with a proven ability to manage property sales and leasing transactions.
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
* Proficiency in Sales, including identifying new opportunities and closing deals effectively.
* Experience in negotiating and resolving conflicts, with the ability to adapt to client needs and market demands.
* Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment while handling individual responsibilities.
* Familiarity with the property market, specifically within the Sydney Metropolitan area, is highly desirable.
* Licensed Estate Agent qualification is preferred.
