Key Responsibilities:
* Provide live-on-site and after-hours emergency assistance, managing the facility's operational aspects.
* Ensure the community grounds and gardens are presented to a high standard.
This role involves working closely with residents to provide a high level of customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building, and financial resources.
About You:
* You must have experience in permanent resident facility management while living on site.
* Physical fitness is required for the demands of this role.
* You should have exceptional good customer service skills.
* A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously is essential.
