Responsibilities
The Investment Research & Strategy (IR&S) team is responsible for Investment Risk, Investment Strategy and management of TCorp's risk-based Investment Model. Reporting to the Head of Investment Strategy, as Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining TCorp's Capital Market Assumptions (CMAs) and supporting the design of investment strategy and sector research aligned with our Total Portfolio Approach. In addition, you will:
* Support the design of investment strategy, portfolio themes, and sector exposures.
* Contribute to the construction and evolution of CMAs across short- and long-term horizons.
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies aligned with Total Portfolio needs.
* Provide robust, risk-based inputs to support capital allocation decisions.
* Engage in research to support top-down strategy and sector analysis.
To Be Considered, You Will Need
* T ertiary qualifications in mathematics, statistics, economics or econometrics.
* 3–5 years in investment management (ideally within asset owners, managers, or consultants).
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills applied to multi-asset portfolios.
* High proficiency in Python and VBA.
* Experience constructing CMAs.
* Proven ability in investment strategy design.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with mentoring aptitude.
