Legal Secretary - Family Law Firm

* Drafting of legal documents and correspondence
* Compiling disclosure documents
* Conducting research tasks
* Maintenance of accurate records
* Workflow management of files including opening and closing
* Check online Family Court lists regularly
* Diary management
* Assist with preparation for client consultations and court attendances
* Preparing briefs to Counsel
* General administration duties
Key skills and qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional oral communication skills
- Ability to juggle a busy workload with varying deadlines
- Knowledge of Family Court procedures, rules and regulations
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Proficient computer skills including Office365
