**The role** 
The L2 Support role will provide ICT-related services to staff within AW Edwards and assist in the effective procurement, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of enterprise ICT systems hardware, software and related infrastructure. 
Your scope of responsibility will include, but is not limited to, the following: 
- Contribute to the design, planning and execution of major ICT projects to ensure smooth execution and deployment. 
- Provide an escalation point for complex user hardware/software issues following initial diagnosis by other team members. 
- Providing onsite and remote support of users. 
- Coordinate procurement of general ICT hardware and ensure fit for purpose. 
- Ability and motivation to engage with internationally based support teams to escalate issues and drive local service improvements. 
- Monitor data backups, perform data restores and general data management. 
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers 
- Offer technical support and training for junior staff.

The role is full-time, 5 days per week during business hours with some flexibility around start and finish times. There may also be a requirement to work outside regular business hours to facilitate network/system upgrades or convene with international ICT teams from our parent company, Bouygues Construction. 
**Essential Key Attributes (please respond to all these attributes in your Cover Letter)**: 
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar L2 support role (construction/engineering industry experience advantageous) 
- Bachelor's degree or other certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field. 
- Strong working experience with: 
- Windows Client operating systems. 
- Network administration. 
- Windows Server Environments with Active Directory. 
- Microsoft 365 administration. 
- Data management (on premise and cloud environments) 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
- Highly motivated to provide a positive customer service experience. 
- Ability to effectively manage and complete tasks with competing priorities. 
- Build and develop solid working relationships with a variety of people including team members, co-workers, suppliers and other stakeholders. 
**Desirable Attributes**: 
- Familiarity with construction industry information systems. 
- Exposure to enterprise networking; WiFi, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN's. 
- Experience with Audio-Visual technology operations.
