We are seeking skilled professionals to fill multiple roles for a Defence project in Canberra. This is an on-site opportunity requiring an Australian Government Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance. Please note that this position does not support sponsorship for security clearance.
The ideal candidates must demonstrate sufficient capacity for the respective roles, aligned with SFIA 4 standards. The expected start date is as soon as possible, with an initial contract of 12 months and potential extensions of two additional 12-month periods.
Test and Evaluation Manager
This role involves developing and managing Tender & Evaluation practices for system development and maintenance. Key responsibilities include creating testing environments, automated testing, reporting, and other tasks defined by the Commonwealth.
* End-to-end project delivery responsibility
* Development of test plans for system components and software
* Design and development of automated regression testing frameworks
* Development of testing infrastructure for testing, development, and pre-production environments
System Administrator
This role involves managing and sustaining Defence TS systems, including patch management, hardware and software maintenance, security development, and other tasks defined by the Commonwealth.
* End-to-end project delivery responsibility
* Participate in solution engineering and provide expertise on new system components or designs
* Install, maintain, and enhance key system architecture, software, and tooling
* Conduct testing and troubleshooting for system and end-user issues
* Manage user access to ICT systems
* Develop and maintain ICT processes and procedures
* Identify and implement improvements to ICT systems
