At Hip Pocket Workwear & Safety, we're looking for a Sales Professional who can combine exceptional customer service with strong administrative skills to support our clients' ongoing needs.
About the Role
This is not your average retail sales position. In this role, you will:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Use your customer service expertise to identify potential business leads and pass them on to our B2B sales team.
* Manage customer orders through the garment decoration process (embroidery, heat press, screen printing, etc.), ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
* Provide ongoing support to clients, handling follow-ups, queries, and repeat business with professionalism.
* Assist with store presentation, stock management, and retail sales transactions.
