Project Manager - Perth (Garden Island)
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a defence project based at Garden Island, Perth. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful execution of project deliverables across time, cost, quality, and safety, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects valued from $5M-$20M
* Coordinate planning, procurement, delivery, and project close-out
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders
* Support and coordinate project teams to ensure collaborative and effective project delivery
* Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and progress reporting
* Ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements throughout the project lifecycle
* Navigate complex operational environments, often within live or sensitive sites
* Promote and reflect Barpa's Blueprint values and commitment to Indigenous engagement
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience delivering commercial construction projects over $5M
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
* Solid commercial awareness and focus on project efficiency and value
* Competent in MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Experience on Defence or Government projects will be highly regarded
