Key responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality administrative support across the service.
Preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and maintaining databases.
Coordinating fleet bookings, equipment reservations, and facility maintenance requests.
Managing records, documentation systems, scanning activities, and file upkeep.
Providing basic end-user support for medical records information systems.
Maintaining stock levels of stationery and clinical supplies.
Ensuring administrative equipment and the work environment remain safe and functional.
