Overview
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to play a pivotal role in this Finance Team as they continue to grow. In this role, you will support accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and reporting. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not limited to :
Responsibilities
- Maintain the asset register, monthly depreciation and capital expenditure in progress
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Assisting in the preparation of the monthly financial analysis and reports
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Collaborating with the finance team on various ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commence or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
