We are seeking an organised, proactive, andreliable Practice Administrator to support our Senior Management team.
Thisrole is open to both internal and external applicants.
Candidates musthave excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
The roleincludes providing general assistance to the senior management practice teamand candidates must have a positive can-do attitude to their work and work wellas part of a team.
You will play a key role in supporting the smoothrunning of our practice operations across all sites, ensuring excellent patientcare and compliance with NHS standards.
You will be fitting into an established, supportiveteam with a Patient Services Manager, Practice Manager and admin/receptionteam.
The SeniorAdministrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operationof the practice.
This role involves overseeing and streamlining workflowprocesses, handling complex tasks The post-holder will work closely withclinical and non-clinical teams to ensure timely, accurate, and safeadministrative support that contributes to high-quality patient care.
Main duties of the job
The Practice Administrator will manage, supportcompliance and safety audits, assist with HR tasks, provide clinical systemssupport, liaise with staff and suppliers, and perform general administrativeduties to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
The duties andresponsibilities to be undertaken may include any or all of the items in thefollowing list.
Duties may be varied from time to time under the direction ofthe Practice Manager, dependent on current and evolving Practice workload andstaffing levels:

BugbrookeMedical Practice is a rural practice caring for over 10,750 patients.
A Training and dispensing practice, currently dispensing to over3,500 patients.
4 GP Partners & salaried GPs supported by a team of ANP,Nurses and HCA's in addition to a well established Clinical Pharmacy team.
Afurther AR team of physio therapists, social prescriber and dietician
Job responsibilities
Clinical Systems Support:
Maintaining and updating Systm1 Reports;Running monthly Arden reports and reporting activity to senior management team
Team & Supplier Liaison:
Acting as a point of contact for practicestaff and external suppliers, IT trouble shooting; setting up user accounts
Monitor and improve workflowsystems across the admin team to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
Carry out accurate clinicalcoding of patient records in line with practice and national standards.
Collaborate with clinical andmanagement teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
Support the implementation ofnew systems or tools to enhance practice operations.
Contribute to serviceimprovement initiatives and assist with audits or data collection as required

Person Specification
Qualifications
Qualifications
Good IT skills to include Word and Excel
Organised, proactive, and reliable
Experienced with System1
Knowledge of Arden Management platform
Experience of working in a GP Practice
The above would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided
