We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to join our team at Nowra. As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

* Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, achieving optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.

* Team Management: Motivate your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.

* Sales Performance: Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement.

* Wage Management: Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
">
* Employee Development: Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans.
">
* OH&S Management: Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national OH&S legislation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.

* Results-Driven Mindset: A motivated and driven attitude with a proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.

* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
