Our client, a prominent Education Facility located South of the River, is currently seeking a Human Resources professional with a customer service focussed approach to coordinate the end to end administration of Human Resources. You will demonstrate a high degree of data accuracy, initiative, and attention to detail. You will have the flexibility to work autonomously and also as part of a team, a positive outlook and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands. Duties: Preparation of Contracts of Employments Coordinate and process staff extended leave requests Coordinate the appraisal process for staff Set up and maintain employee personnel files Coordinate end to end recruitment Maintain staff contracted register, phone and class lists Maintain employee databases HR statistics and reporting Essential Criteria: A tertiary qualification with at least 3 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, qualifications, and training Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Exceptional time-management and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to make decisions when required and to be proactive Excellent presentation Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Current National Police Clearance (less than 6 months) Current Working With Children WA Check Previous experience working in an Education Facility will be highly regarded. This is a Full Time role, however part-time hours would be considered.
