**About the role & Company**
Exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator/Office Support Assistant to join a reputable global company based in North Sydney for a 6month contract (possible extension). The role is to be based 4 days a week in the North Sydney Office with 1 day working from home.

The position works closely with the Office Experience Team and plays a vital role in maintaining a well-organised and welcoming office environment.

The working hours will be Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm.

**The Responsibilities**:
Reporting to an EA, your main responsibilities will include:

- Serve as the first point of contact for the "welcome area" and handle office support queries related to office and building amenities, as well as meeting rooms.
- Monitor and maintain office supply levels, placing orders for refills as needed.
- Sort all incoming mail.
- Sort all incoming deliveries and organise outgoing couriers.
- Submit work orders for any repairs or maintenance required for equipment or the office space.
- Monitor the Office Experience inbox and action any appropriate request.
- Work alongside the Office experience team to ensure smooth running of all office events.
- Assist the Office Experience team with purchase orders and invoice processing.

**The successful applicant**
- Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in all areas of work.
- Proficiency with Windows office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and visitors.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete task
