We're currently seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Chef to take the lead on the grill section.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for managing the grill section day-to-day, including:
* Preparing stocks, sauces, and mise en place
* Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
* Placing orders and managing inventory
* Calling the pass during service
* Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
You'll be supported by a hands-on senior management team who are committed to helping you succeed and grow within the business. This role has a clear pathway to Sous Chef for the right candidate.

REQUIRMENTS
* Previous experience as a Grill Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen
* Confidence working under pressure and during busy services
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior chefs
* Excellent communication and teamwork
* A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
