Safe Driving Mentorship Program
The Safe Driving Mentorship Program is a driving mentorship initiative aimed at providing young people with increased employment opportunities, community connections, and road safety education.
We support learner drivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours. Our mentors play a critical role in the success of the program and act as positive adult role models and driving supervisors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Open Driver's License for 12 months, a good traffic history, and a Blue Card. We also provide the vehicle and insurance for conducting driving sessions.
This is a regular commitment of more than six months, requiring 1-4 hours per week, flexible around your schedule. We are especially looking for mentors available on weekday afternoons.
