Customer Experience Manager

As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the retail landscape of our business. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and your team.

You will:

* Drive sales and growth by effectively managing inventory and maintaining store presentation standards
* Develop your team through effective coaching and support to ensure ongoing business development and growth
* Manage administration tasks including payroll and stock ordering with efficiency and accuracy

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
